Okay we're gonna be here for a long while, so let me first state that I am new here, but I did look at a lot of questions and answers and now I'm just gonna open up EVERY SINGLE BIT of information to you and hopefully see what I can get from help lol...
First let me start with the basic thing have a Huawei Ascend and my first thing is that I wanted it to become greatly faster than ever, so I decided to have a friend upgrade it to 2.3.4 which is cyanogenmod CM7 and it was great it was fast beyond my belief everything was great about it, except for two tiny minor things.....The USB part of it the SD Card kept unexceptionably disconnected even though I've never touched it, but I was like whatever that's nothing huge even though it kept happening during several times throughout the day, so I left it alone, but than I couldn't also give ringtones to my contacts like the ringtones I've downloaded from Zedge, so at that point I went straight back to the original way the phone was. Factory Reset and now to the other side of that story...
So here I have the original content of the cell phone my next problem with my original 2.1 is that it says in the google play that my device is a cricket phone when it's a MetroPCS phone not a cricket, but I didn't care because I still got apps and everything was already except for the fact I couldn't use my SD Card it just wouldn't show up on my laptop at all no matter what I did or what rules I followed I was just really upset at those 2 things even though everything else was alright, but what I really hate is that I couldn't use MY VOICE to chat through text messages BOY DID THAT GET ME UPSET lol anyways I finally decided to upgrade it with the @apps 2.2.2 and of course froyo or whatever...let's get down to that story now..
Everything was great the speed increased the contacts were great I could do it all and than it became like super laggy and super slow, but now this is where I'm suppose to ask y'all what should I do honestly I've tried rooting and idk nothing about that at all, but I tried gingerbreak, z4root, and superoneclick and none of them worked at all I'm like desperate for some advice I just recently deleted Advanced Task because I heard it's not good, but I mean idk what to do. Also when I went to the app store the google play store some apps it says I am compatible to get, but it wont let me get them shows a grey box over it. Like I said I'm super desperate and for some reason no matter what I do I always find some disadvantage somehow and it's very upsetting that I just can't get this phone to be 100% perfect the way that I want it to be. I'm even debating on going to the Metro store and asking them for their advice as well. Please I'M BEGGING PLEASE AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR SWEET TIME AND READING THIS CRAP lol.
