Huawei Ascend App Market not working

So I am new to Android. I decided to root an old Huawei Ascend to play games on and have around when i'm bored. The root went perfect but when I was deleting bloatware apparently I deleted something that effected the app market. How can I restore the phone so that all the bloatware I deleted will be back on so I can try again.

So far I have tried:
1. restoring the phone to factory settings
2. boot the phone and reset to factory settings by holding volume down, send button & power button.

So far neither have worked

All i need to know is how to reset the phone? im so confused:/

Did you delete Google Talk? I think that's the one that affects the market. There's a thread about how to get it back, or read the thread about how to flash the Huawei Ascend back to stock. If you didn't delete Gtalk, try finding the market in application settings and clear cache and data.
