Help huawei ascend m860 metroPcs update failed

I started the android 2.2 upgrade and my phone just got stuck on update failed, it says firmware update step 1/2 then unpacking and finally after a while it says :update failed. please help me :confused:

Take it to the metro store. The same thing happened to me. They might have to order a new and it'll take a few days. They make you pay though, which is crap since it's not our fault this phone can't do a simple update.
 
If you can't get it to the boot menu, and you are sure the update.zip file was in there, then Metro will have to help you as something went wrong with the update.

Don't worry, its covered, its their update after all.
