Well at first when i got the phone it had like a newer version of huawei after a year a dude blocked it and i had to hard reset it aka updatin the firmware.. so... after updating it, the phone looked more different, there were less options and stuff.. and before i could download snapchat and now i cant.. any suggestions ?
