In a first for the Chinese-based handset maker, Huawei has filed a lawsuit against Samsung in both the United States as well as China.
Huawei is accusing Samsung is infringing on their patents for unlicensed use of fourth-generation (4G) cellular communications technology, operating systems and user interface software in Samsung phones.
