Root Huawei G7210 root?

Hello,

I want to root and/or install my android apk's to my Phone "Huawei G7210".
I've read some tutorials, but it doesn't work, because my Phone has no Application Settings (I can't select "USB Debugging mode" or "enable Unknown Sources").
How can I put apk files to my phone?

Can you at least let us know what awful phone company disabled those settings, so people can avoid them entirely?

If you can't enable unknown sources, it's often impossible to restore aps from a backup because the SD backup is an "unknown source" since it's not direct from "Google Play". Lame, but, that's been my experience. You'd think the backup would be signed to the hardware ID or something, but, no ....
