Help Huawei H881C is frozen

Hello! My Huawei H881C (aka Ascend Plus) has just decided not to do anything. I was on a call, ended the call, then was unable to do anything at all with the phone. I can't swipe in any direction, I can't restart or turn off the power. The screen it is stuck on is the one with the padlock in the center.

Can anyone help me please???

Try taking the battery out without charger plugged in put battery back. Hold down volume up and power for ten seconds or until u see the green android. This will put u into recovery. Should be able to fix issues from there

Thank you danny38485. I pulled out the battery, without charger plugged in, and put the battery back. That's as far as I had to go, I was able to turn it on and it's working great now.
