Help Huawei M80 - [Update 2.2 Problem]

I'm having a issue with my Huawei Ascend, I did the manual 2.2 update that I got from the Metro site, and everything was going smooth until it did a 2nd restart. Now for some reason my phone has frozen on the Huawei logo and hasn't done anything for the past 2-3 hours. I haven't taken out the battery or even pressed a button since this has happened. So I'm asking if anyone can give me some assistance on fixing this matter, please.

reverting back to stock, ok power down the phone and download and extract this to your desktop MetroStockRecovery-SCRIPTS.zip after you done that press and hold vol down, end key and tap power, your phone should be on the white huawei screen and it should stay there plug your phone to the computer via usb cable, now open the folder that you extracted and run both of these file, first run fastboot-windows you will see a black box come and leave quick, next run metroPCSStock-windows.bat than another black box will pop up and it will do its thing, once it finishes the phone will automatic reboot itself.

Well I did what you said and it did reboot, so thank you very much. But now it's stuck on the Android boot screen... It like my phone hates me for trying to update it.

Also, if I mange to get it back to it's original stock 2.1, will I be able to try the update again with and actually have it work? And if it helps, my phone was on a temp root from Z4 root when I started the update.
 
theres the problem there, doont root the phone until you install the 2.2.2 update from metro using gingerbrake 1.1 or 1.2, the phone has to be unrooted, but also once you flash the phone back to stock wait about 10 minutes for it to boot up and all, if it doesn't than do the steps again flashing it back to 2.1. ;)
 
Sorry for the double post, but it seems it has made any progress to rebooting past the android screen.

Plus this keeps popping up every so often. Seeing how my phone shows up as F: on my PC I can only assume these things are linked:

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED! I searched the forums more and found the wipe data/factory rest and did it. Worked like a charm and my phone is back to working status.

Doing the update and hopefully it'll succeed this time! :D

for some reason no matter which drivers i use win xp and win7 both cant find fone. under hardware devices an unknown device fails to install but thats it. my girls ascend connects fine both stock and cm7.

the fone that wont connect was rooted when upgraded through metro app but no computer will read this individual ascend. how do i go back to 2.1 without using a computer so i can get root?

no clockwork just stock 2.2.2. couldnt acess rom manager in 2.1 and couldnt get recovery though comp because of usb issue.

is there an update.zip i could flash though stock recovery?
