WELCOME TO ANDROID FORUMS!

For starters, remove the back cover, pull the battery & re-install after a few minutes.
Then, fully charge the phone before powering the phone on.
Keep us posted w/your results & I'll be keeping an eye on this thread to ensure that you get your phone working again.
