Huawei mediapad X2 - playstore disappeared after format

Hello forum.
I have the Huawei Mediapad X2 (Gem 703-L) EMUI 4.0.3
Model from 2006
So after 5 years i decided to give it to mother...
But after format all Google apps and playstore disappeared.

Any suggestions please how to reinstall the Playstore ?
I tried to download the Playstore apk but the phone does not permit the installation of any application that is not downloaded from Hiapp.

please somebody can help ?

That shouldn't have happened. It was only quite recently that Google banned Huawei from their Google Mobile Services(GMS). However I believe "GEM-703L" might be a Chinese version device, which wouldn't have had GMS on it from new, and it could have been installed after the fact.

Go into Settings and check if install from unknown sources is enabled or not.
