Help huawei valiant 3g problem

This particular Huawei is from MetroPCS according to the interwebs? Is that your carrier? You're not getting 3G internet?

Are your APN correct?
sorry for the time. i had some technical problem. i have 2 huawei valiant. one from metro pc and the other from cincinati bell. and the two have the same problem no 3g. apn is correct because its the same my friend use. i have tried other sim card same thing. i did factory reset no change. and i even change the rom of one huawei. all is working except 3g connection. does someone can solve my problem?
