My wife has a Huawei Y 300, and it has a problem with the screen going black when ever an outgoing call is answered. When she wants to recharge her pre paid account, she cannot input the credit number because the screen blacks out as soon the dialed number is answered. Currently we have to remove the SIM card, place it in another phone, do the credit recharge, then refit it back into the Y300. Any help would be appreciated.
