Root HUGE battery issue

Hell i have an issue with any custom rom my battery will drain 2 % every Minute! any solutions

Which ROMs have you tried exactly? Have you calibrated your battery or wiped the battery stats?

I can tell u its either he hasent. Or he needs a new battery.

Probably a rogue app. I was running a custom rom and my battery would last 6 hours. In order to take the official update, I reverted back to stock and now Im getting 30+ hours on the stock battery.

I'm on that same rom and version and experience the same thing. I'm trying to figure out if its a rogue app or something but if I can't, I might just switch to a different rom or something.

I'm using mobster rom v3, I had no problems but yesterday my battery randomly drained almost 90% in a matter of less than 2 hours. I plugged the phone in and rebooted it and now it is fine again... no idea what happened or if it could be related.


also, when i looked at battery monitor the thing which used the most battery was google maps... i thought it might have been something to do with that. not sure.

Thought it'd be better to post here then starting a new thread..has anyone tried "jump charging" to calibrate their battery? If so, what is your process and do you think it actually works.
