Huge issue with 2.3 GB Update!

Hey everyone,

When I first got my Atrix, I synced my Facebook with it and all of my Facebook friends became my contacts. Some contacts did not have a phone number (because they didn't utilize Facebook mobile) but I was able to freely edit my Contacts and add numbers to any Facebook contact I chose. I just downloaded the Gingerbread update to my Motorola Atrix 4G. And now I can't edit ANY of my contacts. I click edit and it says "Facebook contact information is not editable on this device." You gotta be KIDDING me!!!! I can't edit any of my contacts to add numbers now. This is ridiculous. I was fond of the update at first, all the of the visual enhancements were good. But this is absolutely ridiculous. Someone help?

On my phone, with the new update, I can choose which application I can change contact information with. It maybe that it won't allow you to change "Facebook" contacts but you should be edit any contact that wasn't a facebook contact.

You can't edit FaceBook contacts now, and you couldn't edit them before.

What's happened is that your phone contacts for that person have gone missing or the link between the 2 contacts is broken.

All you have to do is either CREATE a new, blank phone contact and link the FB contact to it, or re-link the FB contact to the phone contact if it's still there.

I listed the steps in several posts in this thread, starting here...
