no. root.
Install Dolphin browser, or Skyfire.
Go to settings. Select User Agent option, and choose desktop. Then you will be able to view Videos on hulu.com

There is a work around you can do if rooted but this doesn't work in desktop mode on either of those browsers without replacing you flash files
