After the root to ICS (clean rom 4.2) I notice that clicking on hyperlinks (from text messages) doesn't open up internet explorer or youtube if it's a youtube video. Also phone numbers that usually have a URL of tel:555-555-1234 don't open the phone with that number ready to call.
