what phone do you have? my note 10+ does this after i use my fingerprint to unlock the device. i do not need a lockscreen app. what does your phone do when it is unlocked?

my phone is OnePlus 6 . I found a way to do it by MacroDroid. thanks

To me this is a weird requirement: if my screen turns off and locks I want to return to the app I was in before that. I don't want to have to faff with the recent apps button/gesture to get back to what I was doing.

This is generaly what I like as well.

But, I still have to be in favor of having more options.
