I agree with andygu3 100% on that notion. If it were me in this case, I would switch over to something newer like Liquid Sense 2.1.

Yes, since the phone is hers and she gets annoyed enough with me fooling around with it when I do, I would like something I could load up and not have to worry about too much. The main reason for all this is just to get a better performance out of the phone. She uses the phone for business and personal. She is always texting and making calls, so anything that helps the lag go away is a step up. Now after I get hers in a good spot I will probably start to fiddle with my Captivate.
