Other than not using pattern lock I don't know of a way. Otherwise I could launch the cammera, then launch multi window and break into your device right?

I have a Pressy and thats one of the great things it will do. With screen off and locked one press on Pressy takes a photo - dont even have to open the flip case.
Can also use it to start a video, sound recording, wifi on etc etc

Widgetlocker lets me do this. And pressing anything to close the camera app brings you back to lockscreen.
