I bricked my phone and need help!

I have a rooted galaxy S2, and today i formatted the internal storage. now the phone won't boot up, it won't even go into recovery mode.
i understood there is wasy to refalsh a rom onto a phone.

I really need help with this. is there a way to solve this and get my phone back?
 
I've been tinkering around and found a way to fix the phone:D:D. but now I can't install gapps.
it keeps telling me "can't mound /storage/sdcard()"

can anyone help me with this one? because the guides at the wiki are'nt helping:confused::confused::confused::confused:
 
actually, I experimented on it alot and it fixed itself. I installed a different rom and it installed TWRP, so it got fixed. but thank you for your time
