Help i cannot send pictures.

my commando is great other than the fact it takes forever to send a pic if it even sends it at all. what can i do to fix it? i have only had it for about a week.
 
i'm using both handcent, and then the stock messaging app. and both do the same thing. it takes forever. i am sending pix to another phone, and upload to fb. but mostly the phone to phone.
 
Over 3G or Wi-Fi?
If 3G, do you have a good signal? My Droid X will not send anything unless I have a decent 3G signal. 1X won't do it.
 
hmm. i was at home using the wi fi, and it had 2 bars.... i'll check it out tomorrow when i go to work to see if the 3g bars are good.
 
so i checked the bars. all good. called verizon. was on the phone with them for an hour. they reset it 2xs. still didn't work. tried this, tried that and the other thing. nothing. so they are sending me a new phone. i should be getting it tuesday. thanx for the help though.
