After you first tried to Activate did you turn off the Phone and wait at least 30 minutes?

If not try now.......

Need more info. Current virgin customer? grandfathered plan? new customer? Trying to activate only on the phone? On the website?

Please give more info. New to Virgin Mobile (VM)? Port your old number from another carrier to VM. Porting your old number can take up to 48 -72 hours.
Have you updated "Profile", "Reset Phone", etc?
