Help I can't get my update?

Newbie
I've tried a lot and can't get it. I tried rebooting. I looked at the Software Update and HTC Update. I'm doing this over 3G. Any suggestions?
 
I couldn't get it over wifi. I switched to 3G and retried the HTC software update about 5 times and I got it then.
