Root I Cant get QXDM to work

I had to do the emergency restore with the LGNPST
i got zeroed out, i tried doing the thread about getting your MEID back
i installed everything correctly but when my phone get recognized qxdm says i dont have the license

Can someone help i coldnt get service after programming with the representative on the phone. The programming was successful but i couldn make calls or internet nothing. It said i didnt have any service.

I fixed my problem all i had to do is get the latest qpst for qxdm 3.09.19 to work
Is there anyway to delete this thread? if not then maybe this can help another noob like me
