Help I can't use Mass Storage

I was using my mass storage just fine via USB and I accidentally unplugged it without ejecting first and now when I try to use it i can't move files back and forth off/on my sd card.

Sometimes fiddling around with the USB settings fixes problems like these. Try this:

Menu button -> Settings -> Applications -> USB settings -> Ask on connection -> USB settings -> Mass storage.

Try unmounting then mounting the Internal SD card.

Normally if you unplug the USB before you unmount, it doesn't finish the scanning process on your phone. It's till trying to read the contents as if it's still plugged into your computer as an external drive.
