Root i deleted my media storage app by accident how do i get it back?

How can i get my media storage app. Back because now i cant download anything from google play store, it says process media storage has stopped...
 
did you make a backup with titanium backuo, clockworkmod/philz recovery, or any other backup tool?
 
no I didn't...ill probably just buy a new phone..I searched everywhere for a solution. went a another forum and found out that I have to flash a new rom but I cant download anything.....
 
you can still flash a ROM without needing the Google play store. can you not install 2nd init recovery? do you at least have clockworkmod installed? if so, you can flash a ROM with a computer by using adb sideload
