Pull the battery.
Replace.
Press both of the volume buttons and hold the power for a few seconds, maybe 1 or 2
Tap the power button a few times.
Should get you to recovery.

Pull battery push power and both volume buttons when screen comes up to wipe hit power 3 times you will go to cwm then flash rom

Okay, so I did get this... Permanently Erase User Data & Reset Settings? Press Power key to confirm. and any other key to cancel

No Recovery yet though lol

Should I ignore this and keep trying for recovery?

oh btw... nows a good time to mention, there is probably no rom there anymore, I just formatted everything.

Should I still pretty much assume I'm screwed?

Okay, so I'm in recovery, but now I'm confused... it gives me an error when mounting... I dont have an actual SD card... just the internal, should I put my wifes SD card in?

Yup and download a ROM from the atr sticky onto that card-put it into your phone and flash it then your back up and running:thumbup:
 
Okay, so I'm putting a ROM on the SD card now... stupid phone, I had to pull the battery to put it in so I gotta get back to recovery now lol

That's fine-if it doesn't reboot to recovery just do the reset again. Then just flash the ROM you put on the SD -No need to wipe anything as your os is gone anyway:thumbup:
