I dont want a background with lock screen

Hi, I have a question. When my note was new, on my lock screen i had no real background instead i only had the weather widget, which would find my current place. I then experimented with a secure lockscreen with a pattern and decided i didnt like it too much, went back and now im forcedto have a background which makes my weather widget transparent.. is ther eany way to have it as it was in default?

Ive since upgraded to 4.04 fyi

You may have to just make a black or white picture in Paint or something and use that.
