Help I F'd up PLEASE HELP

i was at work today takin a masive shit i had on a wired headset so i could listen to music while i worked so as i finished up my "paperwork" and stood to pull my stupid pants up the headset i was wearing pulled my phone from its case and flung it into the toilet the only good thing i can say about this is my "paperwork" kept the phone from completley submerging in the water the phone will turn on and everything works but the touchscreen i may as well have a bricked phone is there anything i can do to make it work?

Take out the battery and put the phone is some instant rice overnight and hope it sucks up all the water and work again.

Although I'd be tempted to leave it even longer than that. You want to be absolutely sure it's dry inside before you put any power back in, or you risk something short circuiting.

if you already tried turning it on, likely something is fried. :/ sucks
