So I have been using android for years, and this is the first time I have had an issue where I couldnt figure something out on it. I have been seeing the reviews and everything for the additional games for this phone i.e. syphon filter. where the heck are they? On sonys site it shows on the support videos that you hit the top right of the games list to open the android market and they are the ones made for this phone, mine however takes me to Vcast apps. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG

You are doing it right. Sony announced they will be consistently rolling more games out including PS One games. What others are doing, myself included, are downloading PSX emulator apps, ex: fpse for android. Then we create an .iso of a game we have and put it on the microSD card. FPse and other emulators let you map the buttons to the hardware buttons on the Xperia Play's gamepad. You might check out the ROM Fetcher app as well.
Note: Not all games play well using emulators so it is a hit-and-miss.

I know all about emulators, im just trying to figure out how to get the 8 psone titles that are supposed to be able to purchase through the phone

I have searched through the Verizon Market and the Android Market and haven't found any yet.

These weren't available the last time I checked, but it still won't let me install them - it claims that they are not available in the US yet. What could they be waiting for??

I have an app called Playstation Pocket. They are there for me.
I use Rogers in Canada.

I don't know, I can't find them either. For some reason, it seems Verizon customers are screwed for the time being. None of the PS One Classics seems to work in the US.

Well there are not that great anyway. Maybe they will give you access when there are better games on there. You’re not missing much. Cool boarders 2, MediEvil, Rally Cross, syphon Filter and wild Arms. Also Backstab HD shows up in my pocket app.
It is the only Gameloft game that does. Also most gameloft games I have purchased do not even show in my playstaion xperia app.
It seems they have bugs to work out for sure.
