Well, there are Phone Guides for most of the phone subforums, although they help around the whole forum. They are supposed to "guide" you, but in fact their main role is to move threads to the right place and take care of stickied threads (well, not as much now that we've got the unified stickies).
Moderators have to deal with the serious stuff such as banning people, deleting stuff, giving infractions, taking care of reported posts and so on (probably the most loved users on the site
). Administrators are just like moderators (well, they don't usually do the moderator jobs unless we ask them, but they could). They also have more powers: they can edit your name and some other stuff.
