Root I got root! Now what?

Like the subject says. I've spent 2 days trying to get root and finally found a method that worked for me. Now what do I do? :D

I don't want to uninstall any of the system apps. Wifi tether might come in handy on the road someday... as I'm sure this question has been asked before... now what?

And whats up with this Clockworkmod recovery thing? Do I need that? Sorry, this is my successful root ever.

Get the unrevoked2 recovery installed and make a nandroid backup. Then if you'd like to uninstall some apps go for it. Otherwise do whatever you wish and know you can always restore the phone to exactly how it was when you made the backup ;)

I see everyone saying to make the back up but I don't see anywhere that tells me how. Please help:(

Never Mind I'm blind (I can't really see the tiny text on the Clockwork screen) and never say the NANDROID option I finally saw it in the picture from the link posted above LOL
Now you know why I want the Droid X..... need bigger text.

Backing up now

yeah, it's wicked easy. the tool pretty much does everything for you, all you have to do is select nandroid. i was confused too by how easy it was after banging my head against the wall to get root. i felt like there was a step i was missing. unrevoked goes out of their way to make things easier, and i just doubt what they release because it's TOO easy :D
