Root i hav rooted my phone but...

hi everyone ... i have rooted my phone and i have installed xrecovery also ....
but when i shut down my phone and press the back button multiple times while showing the SE logo i aint getting the menu .... it is turning on like always only .... can any1 pls help me

Try this method of installing Clockworkmod:

You may have to run it twice. I find the first time, you get an error installing Busybox, but the second time, it works.
