I have a clearwire antenna by my house

I went on antennaseach.com and found a clearwire tower .13 miles from my house. Does this guarantee I will get 4G coverage? I'm a bit south of the L.A. area.

It dosent guarantee anything, but if they do go live with 4G on that antenna, you will be in business!
