If you want mobile service, is it possible to use your tablet's IMEI number to activate as a cell phone?

I am using Tracfone service. Plus I downloaded the Android Device ID App and shows my IMEI Number.

Tracfone uses only their own devices. But you could probably use Net10 or Straight Talk, or whichever 2 of the Big 4 (or their MVNOs) the SIM is locked to.
