Hi folks,

Thanks in advance. I'm new to owning an Android and am noticing that the battery power seems to run out FAST! Is this really how they are? It barely makes it through a day. If this is the norm, I'm NOT happy.

Welcome aboard. Thanks for joining the forums. Battery consumption will vary on each different device model. It also has to do with how much you use the device, and what kind of application(s) you are using. At this time.. I don't know of any other solution other than to get an extra battery.

Also, you might want to check in to your device's area of support, to see if anybody has posted any "battery solution tips" for your device.
