Hello all
Ok so here I am with my Incredible 2, sitting on an upgrade for almost 6 months. I went into the Verizon store and went to check out the Nexus. Now almost everything stood out to me as a phone that I REALLY want. The screen is beautiful, the size was perfect and in general, the phone is astounding. Now the only setback I have is the camera. Ive hear several mixed reviews regarding quality and such, but this is a bit of a big deal for me. I know Mega pickles dont equal quality but I really can not resist the allure of an 8 mega pickle camera and one as fancy as the Rezound or Razr. Now my big reasoning behind this is more video and sound capture than simple photographs. I do a lot of covers on my electric guitar and dont have the money or time to sink into serious recording equipment, so I use my phone's camera.
The Inc 2 is okayish but when compared to my old Fascinate, it straight up blows on both a video and audio capture. My big request here is for some of you to take video with your fancy new phones in various volumes (Loud to insanely loud) and upload them to youtube so I can get an idea of what Im working with. Granted, this is a camera phone and the quality is only so good, but going on what other devices can do (Rezound, Razr and Fascinate) Im not expecting the next great american film type of quality. PS. If anyone is rocking a decently loud amp and electric guitar while capturing, that would be AWESOME. Not really looking for amazing playing...just decent audio/video!!
TL;DR Take some video in 1080p with loud noises and upload to youtube for comparison.
