Ok I have 3gb of space left on internal sd and even I try to update any app even a small one it says I don't have enough storage I don't know what to do
Try unmounting the external SD card just incase it's trying to install it onto there. If that doesn't work it might be a problem with the kernel if you installed one that is in compatible with your rom.
Apps are generally installed in the data partition, which is a different partition than the internal sd. Check to see if your data partition is full. If it is, try moving some apps to the sd card and uninstalling any apps you don't need. If it's not full, try clearing the cache and data for the google play store and google play services, and clear cache and dalvik in recovery.
