Help I have an "Eye" in my notification bar..

What the hell is it?

It comes on three or four times a day for a few seconds. I thought it was the Smart Stay feature that keeps the screen on while you look at it but it's not on.
It's quite un nerving, it's like my phone is looking at me because I don't know what it is!!
Any ideas?:

Yes its smart stay.

I have this enabled but I haven't seen any eyes
