I'm going to say YES. I will typically leave a piece of paper taped to my front door with Attn UPS. Leave package in the door. Then I have a signature block on the paper with my name signed.

Got mine... plugged it in and there's no charging light at all. Anyone else see (or not see) this same thing?

edit: omg, lol - I was wondering why the illustration on the plastic cover of the phone looked so funny - they have a protective plastic sheet/film in the battery compartment to keep it from being "LIVE". Remove this and you're all set...
