Not to be a smart ass or anything but are you in a good coverage area? Another thing that can affect signal is houses. The last house I lived in I would get perfect signal outside on my porch but I couldn't even dial out when I went inside...
Yes I am in a good coverage area and I am talking about the signal strength under the 4g which is for internet and downloading cuz in the signal bars I have all four full its only the two arrows under the 4g icon on status bar that its not working as much
