So, just curious for those who have installed this leak, what kind of scores are you seeing? After all my stuff was restored (i did a clean and wipe), I am ending up with a linpack of 34 (i think i am seeing more people closer to 38) and quadrant at 1156 (and i see people up at 1400+)...

What is everyone else getting?
 
Dude that's seriously strange. I'm getting 1400 easy, plus 1.21 gigawatts on the quadrant plus the 38 spec on level 2 alpha. I would double check your processors and see which one failed on you. seriously bro, this is nothing to joke around about.

Truth. We can't connect anything to the PCs at work that are USB besides keyboards, mice, and CAC readers. I'm military.

As for the update. I'm patiently waiting for the OTA to come. With S-Off, of course. :D

I work for a credit union affiliated with NSA. Our USB's are blocked as well. In fact, most of our computers can't even access the internet except for certain approved web pages. All about security.

Have to turn my phone off for 25 hours for the Sabbath. Hopefully when I turn it back on, it will magically have the OTA.
 
Nope, ##778 works just fine. No Root needed.

Edit: Since we are merging like crazy then let me edit this comment. Someone mentioned in another post before merge that you cant use the Hotspot without a $20.00 plan. Someone else commented that you had to have root and then my reply.

Just saw about the Froyo update on the forum.Where will it let you know that you have it on the phone? Also what will happen when I update it, when I had my BB Storm it wiped everything contacts included when I updated the storm. Will this happen with the Incredible?
 
Is it strange that they decided to start pushing this on a Friday or no. Wouldn't you think servers would be less crowded during the week? maybe not, I would bet that today and tmw are small batches to make sure they don't get call of the hook for customer service, and then Sunday and Monday they start rolling out in bigger batches and that is when this thread will start filling up with the, got it here, instead didn't get it here lol. same shit different day. Same thing was going down in the Eris forums here when 2.1 struck OTA.

When I had a moto droid I remember 2.1 hitting OTA and the same night if not the next day, someone extracted it when getting the OTA and we had a way to do it manually instead of waiting OTA.

We dont even have USB keyboards or mouse. PS2 all the way. even use parallel ports for our printers....
 
Just got off the phone w/VZW tech support. They state that starting today the OTA is being staged in bundles over the next two weeks and that other Droid phones (?) are included .
