Root i just got bricked or something like it!

I just woke up to my 7 year son playing with my phone! At first i didnt think any big deal until i looked at the phone and noticed he was in su app. I didnt notice anything until i exited out of su to my home screen and noticed i didnt have a phone icon or message icon so i started looking closer and noticed i also dont have google play store and im not really sure what else is gone. I can get calls but have no icons so i can call out and im not getting messages either. I have a rooted metro spirit but i didnt have anything backed up sooooo, i need some help here please!

Just do. A factory reset or restore a CWM backup if you have clockwork installed.
Once you sync up with your goggle account your contacts should be on the phone.
This phone has a stock backup app which you may have used also. No worries you have a lot of options. You should be ok.

To get into recovery; power off phone, hold power & vol down,

TY for psting that, I've been all over the link for the last few days but I have questions where I'm just not sure if iwill brick this phone for good! I've DL all the links but when i click on them i just get "cant open this file"! I do have things backed up now but im missing google apps that run the os. I have no dialpad si i cant call out but can get calls and no contacts or messaging! He got me good, i speaking of my son;
