OK so I just picked up the new Thunderbolt HTC phone and love it so far.So now what can I do it with I got the equipment bundle also. All the good stuff for around 100 bucks.Man I swear tho upgrading phones are just as spendy as gaming ha.Any who so what can I do now besides messing around and getting all my apps set up back and figuereing out the media stuff. The gal in the store said I could download MP3, what app is that?I for got gr lol.I went form the first gen Droid to Thunderbolt.A lot can change in 2 years for phones so crazy. My bill today was around 400 bucks.

First off WOO HOO GO GATORS!!! LOL

Ok this phone is leaps and bounds above the original droid. It can do all you did before and so much more.

I would suggest downloading the following apps to get you started:
AstroFile (manages your sd card)
Free Music Download (does just what it says)
Ringtone (if you wanted to download songs for ur ringtones)
Audio Manager (lets u control diff volume controls easily)
No Lock (if you don't like having to swipe everytime u open ur phone)

I'm guessing you already have ur fav apps but I found these to be a must on all my droids. Is there anythang specifically you are looking to do with this phone? I will try to help you as best I can. So far I am very impressed my only "issue" would be the battery life but I guess thats a necessary evil for now. I don't really have a need for the data/voice at the same time but it's nice to know I can do it if need be =)

The first thing I did was a speed test

Thanks a bunch you too!I will be spending most of the night playing with the new phone and downloading apps etc.Sadly my area I live in won't be super fast to download but will do just fine for now.I live out in the country beyond so to speak.I just gotta get all my media crap set up so I can start using in my car with tool I got for it.

I think we are still playing with our new phones LOL.

If you listen to music alot on your phone I would recommend Pandora and Grooveshark, both are excellent. I think Grooveshark is free on your laptop but is only a trial for cell. But still worth a look at.

I just got home with mine! :D Kinda weird that I'm a town away from my local VZW and they have 4G, but I don't at home. It's maybe 3 miles away
