I know its too soon, but upcoming Android OS ?

I was looking around everywhere and it seems that jellybean has everyone nice and quiet with its nooks nd crannies :]. but what do you guys think the next OS will be ? and what feature will it have ? throw some ideas out there id like to see what everyone would want in the OS to come .
oh btw thanks to all esteem rom developers and modders for making my esteem so perdyy .! xD xD xD
 
Nothing is official.

There isn't a name or number publicly assigned to it yet.

Most believe the next release will be called key lime pie.

Everything is speculation

i mean .. Jellybean has alot of great features in it and features that even some of us couldnt think of. i wonder how much more good can the new OS get you know ? like how would the ui look . what type of settings can they add to the ones already there ? will it come rooted ;) with preloaded roms and goodies ;)

As far as speculation on features... who knows what google is cooking up :confused:

haha oh i know they wont. they leave the real fun for you guys huh ;)

what would you want to see in the new OS ?
 
Honestly, I have no clue whats around the corner.

Jellybean is amazing as it is. I see hardware keeping the same pace of acceleration, but as far as software its going to be one of those things that you don't realize you wanted/needed it until you tried it

I think thats part of the reason why the ip5 was such a letdown for some people. There just wasnt anything new

i know exactly what you mean . and thats the exciting part. when you didnt realize you wanted it. and i have some friends that had gotten the ip5 with ios6 and theyve told me that nothings really changed that even ios5 was better. idk anything bout iphones . ill stick to my open source :]
 
Also there isnt really anything big in the jelly bean update from ics, just minor stuff added. So expect the new upcoming os to be BIG i hope. ;)
 
Google now and project butter were huge additions.

Project butter is mostly under the hood so it can go unmentioned sometimes. It's a huge UI speed change though
