Help I know you people are smart...

I have a Samsung Galaxy Core modle number SM-G386W running 4.4.2 kitkat, and was wondering if there is a way to have SuperSU from chainsfire instead of the KingRoot SU. I tried but something to do with Samsung Knox is blocking Chains fire SU help???

That doesn't help me
You asked "What do you mean?"
A: the link I gave explains the changes we're learning Samsung made to prevent Rooting and the new changes needed to enable Root. Maybe you should Try reading more of it to familiarize yourself with current methods required to enable full Root on your device.

I read the whole thing. I just want super super by chains fire not king root supersu

Kinguser harder to get rid of with new updates. Your only choice may be to reflash firmware back to stock and try different root method.

Same here. Right after KR, I pull a system.img and replace KR with SuperSu, then reflash the stock ROM with the proper Root

Yes but you get stuck with Kinguser and loose root trying to get rid of it. Different methods = different results.

If you used a version of KingRoot above 4.0 or 4.1,I've read where it's very difficult to convert to SuperSU.
This app works, used it yerterday on my LG G Pad F 8.0 that I initially rooted with KingRoot 4.1 & successfully deleted/overwrote w/SuperSU:
