I deleted the stock keyboard when I rooted my phone and did a factory reset with out a back up and now have no keyboard, how can I get the apk file to install from the sd card or from my computer?

Did you make a nandroid backup beforehand? I would restore that if you did.

Doing a factory reset will not bring back things you have deleted. You could extract the apk for the keyboard from your nandroid (or the one I linked) and install it on your phone. Or you could just restore the nandroid.
I would always recommend that you put a custom recovery on your device before making those sorts of changes, and making a backup as it gives you something to restore back to if you ever have issues.
