Help I misplaced a file on the Atrix

How do I search for files on the phone, do I need a third party app like Astro, or does the phone have this function built in?

If not which is the best third party app?

The Atrix has a basic app called 'Files' that allows you to view the files you have in the internal and external SD cards. The app does not seem to allow the use of the search button for quick searches.
