I must have done something!

After messing with all manner of settings to try and fix the "talking pages" , which turned out to be a bug with NoLed (thanks to ironass for sorting me out), my phone is misbehaving in that, whenever I bring up the keyboard to type something, be it email, text or whatever, I get thrown to just a white page. I can type my message, and hit 'next' or 'send' and then get sent back to the original page with my message there.
If I'm in google, then I have no suggstions drop down, which is annoying.
I'm sure it's something that I've clicked on without knowing what I'm doing,....if only I had a pound for everytime I'd done that..........but I digress.
If anyone can shed some light on how to remedy this, I'd be very grateful.

Thanks ironass (again). Was rather hoping for an easier fix, but heyho, if needs be etc. Oh well, I've had this rom in for a few days now, might as well fire a new one in eh? At least it stops arthritis setting in......:dancing:

On a different note, has anyone tried these extra capacity batteries, 3500mah, any good?:dontknow:

I would go for a Samsung extended battery as, a few years ago, I bought a cheap battery for my Nokia N95 and it promptly blew up... literally! :ahhhhh:

It really depends on how much life you want between charges. I usually reckon on about 28 hours for my average usage, to cover all eventualities, on a stock battery. See, here. So I have never bothered with an extended battery.

I have a Siner 1900mah battery. On my present setup, I unplug from charger at 6am, and when I glide gracefully back between the sheets at around 11pm, it has around 40% left. I would say I'm a moderate to heavy user, so realistically, come to think of it, I don't really need any more.....it's just my insatiable quest for more power!!

I have power saving on, along with an app called 'DS Battery Saver', which seems to help.

I have a samsung galaxy s 2 and have had it connected to the computer .but because of disc space i have delated something i shouldnt and lost my connection can you help me reconnect ?

Hello and welcome to Android Forums christine ligh! :)

Oh, dear! The inability to connect to your computer could be down to a number of things and may not necessarily be as a direct result of something that you have done.

I'm guessing that your phone is not rooted and that you do not have a nandroid back-up?

Have you got the Samsung PC Suite, Kies, installed on your computer?

One thing, that is non technical, that you can try, is to unlug your Samsung USB cable, reboot your computer. Then reconnect your Samsung USB cable to a different USB port on your computer and then try connecting your phone again.
