I need a few recommendations for Apps

I am switching from a Palm Pre and I have some Apps that I use on a Daily basis that I would like to see if there are Android Equivelants for my soon to be purchased EVO 4G

1. A podcast App - Currently I use Dr. Podder which works out great and was $.99
2. A Twitter Client - I am using a slew of them on the Pre including Twee , TweetMe WebOS, and Tweed
3. A Woot tracker - I currently use Wooter! which was free.
4. This one is not neccessary but I would be amazed if Android could run something like this. It is called Baseball Live! it updates baseball scores in your notifications

I also would like to know if there are any Homebrew app catalogs and on board patching solutions such as Preware on the Palm Pre ?

Do a search on apps and appbrain.com. There's a nice thread a few pages back, where folks (including me) have posted lists of the apps they are/will be using.

i was aboutto post that thread up in here (sense i started it anyway) but glad someone got it first!!!! happy (app) hunting!
